I’ve found lots of low-fat crock pot recipes, but they all seem bland as hell.
Veggie chili:
Half a zucchini
1 can of beans (pinto, kidney, or red)
16oz of your favorite salsa
Half a cup of ketchup
Taco seasoning (half a packet)
1/4 green bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Throw it all in your crockpot and let it sit for like two hours. It’s HEAVENLY! Especially with cheese and Sunchips.
