This is my little neice, Hailey. She refers to herself as “Ya-Ya” or “The Hailey.”
I am not a kid person. I don’t think I have an ounce of maternal instinct and could never imagine myself being a mother. Babies scare me, I don’t “do” diapers, and would much rather feed kids candy as opposed to broccoli. This is why being an aunt works out for me. I get to spoil my niece and nephew and then send them home to my sister to teach the “real” values.
